Our contemporary bachelor client inherited his 1970’s built family home and wanted to modernise it to reflect his personality and create the wow factor. We supported him in this emotional journey to update what was his childhood home and bring it into the 21st century.
This renovation involved touching everything except the roof and exterior brickwork. We interpreted his brief to incorporate the latest technology in heating and electrical systems and audio and TV equipment against a backdrop of modern industrial charm.
A palette of white, pale grey and charcoal set the tone for the scheme set alongside Oak to add warmth and homeliness.
