The brief from our client was to create an inviting entrance lobby with a feature chandelier incorporating rustic charm with an African influence to compliment the rest of their home. We designed a hand foraged oak chandelier and combined it with striking fabrics using reds and blues as the colour palette to give texture and depth to the space. We introduced unique fabric covered shutters as an impactive alternative to a more standard window treatment which enhances our clients tribal art collection.
The guest bedroom was already decorated so our brief was to enhance this space with coordinated furniture pieces to add character and functionality to the room. A writing desk and mirror, luggage rack and bespoke fitted storage were added giving the room more personality and practicality.
